We kept seeing the same problem.
So we decided to do something about it.
We met at the Football Business Academy, but it was during our shared term in Lisbon that the idea actually took shape — long conversations, a shared frustration, and the slow realization that we'd each noticed the same gap from different sides of the game.
Early in our careers, working inside real clubs and federations, we separately ran into the same pattern: sharp people, real ambition, and no actual system holding any of it together. Knowledge lived in people's heads. Processes existed nowhere except memory. Nothing was written down.
When our final class project — built around that exact problem — won [Award Name] for Best Student Business Project, it stopped being something we'd both just noticed, and became something we felt obligated to actually build.
